What it costs to have us market a listing
Pricing depends on how much of the work is ours and how many units are involved, so the honest answer is a range and a conversation rather than a table. What follows is how the levels differ and what moves the number.
The free level is genuinely free
Listing a multiplex project on the marketplace costs nothing. It gets a project page in the catalogue and it is included in the search and comparison tools. If you want to see how the site handles your inventory before spending anything, start there. We would rather you did that than take our word for it.
What you are paying for above that
Per-unit pages with their own plans and photo sets. Search work so the project is findable for format and neighbourhood terms rather than the address. Placement on the site, including the homepage and the top of relevant searches. Content written around the project. On the top tier, running the launch end to end.
The five tiers are set out on the project marketing page with what is in each one.
What changes the price
Unit count, because each unit is its own page and its own set of material. Whether the project is finished or pre-sale, since a pre-sale needs more explanatory work. What assets already exist, which is the biggest single factor: a project arriving with accurate plans, good photography, and settled pricing costs meaningfully less to launch than one where we assemble all of it. How much of the ongoing work you want us to hold.
What we will not do
Quote you a performance guarantee. We have no measured before-and-after on time-to-sell, so promising a percentage improvement would be a number we invented. Anyone who does quote you one on this format should be asked how they measured it.

Send us the address and the unit mix.
We will look at the live competing inventory for that format and area and tell you what we see, including if the issue looks like price rather than marketing. No cost to ask.
