MultiLiving.ca is an information marketplace connecting buyers with multiplex housing developers in British Columbia. Listings are provided for informational purposes. Always verify details directly with the developer or a licensed real estate professional.

Virtual Office Website (VOW) Terms of Use
Sold, closed, and other Virtual Office Website (VOW) listing data is shown only to registered consumers who have agreed to the Terms of Use below and confirmed their email. These are the same Terms presented on the consent screen when you unlock sold listings. Version 2026-06-28. This VOW is operated by Grand Central Realty.
What this agreement covers
These Terms of Use govern your access to sold, closed, and other Virtual Office Website (VOW) listing data on MultiLiving.ca. This VOW is operated by Grand Central Realty (the "Brokerage"), a member brokerage of the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver, the Fraser Valley Real Estate Board, and the Chilliwack & District Real Estate Board (together, the "Board"), under a Virtual Office Website Agreement with the Board. By clicking to accept below, you enter into this agreement with the Brokerage and the Board.
Our working relationship
You acknowledge that you are entering into a lawful REALTOR®/consumer relationship with the Brokerage for the purpose of being shown this listing data. This relationship does not, by itself, make the Brokerage your agent or designated agent and does not create any representation agreement.
Personal, non-commercial use only
All data you obtain through this VOW is intended for, and may only be used for, your own personal, non-commercial use. You have a bona fide (genuine) interest in the purchase, sale, or lease of real estate of the type being offered through this VOW.
What you may not do with the data
You will not, and will not permit or assist anyone else to, directly or indirectly: (a) copy, redistribute, or retransmit any of the VOW data or information provided; (b) display, post, disseminate, distribute, publish, broadcast, transfer, sell, or sublicense any of the VOW data to another person; or (c) engage in "scraping" (including screen scraping and database scraping), data mining, or any other activity intended to collect, store, re-organize, summarize, or manipulate any VOW data or related data.
Ownership and copyright
You acknowledge the Board's ownership of, and the validity of the Board's proprietary rights and copyright in, the VOW data and listing information.
Compliance and auditing
You expressly authorize the Board, and its duly authorized representatives, to access this VOW and the information you provide to the Brokerage for the purpose of verifying compliance with, and enforcing, these Terms of Use and all applicable rules, regulations, bylaws, policies, and laws. You consent to your personal information being shared with the Board for auditing and legal purposes.
Privacy
You acknowledge that you have received, read, and understood the British Columbia Real Estate Association's "Privacy Notice and Consent" form, available at https://www.bcrea.bc.ca/. Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Personal Information Protection Act.
No financial obligation
These Terms of Use impose no financial obligation on you and do not create any agency agreement. Any financial obligation or agency agreement would be set out separately, clearly labelled, and confirmed by you in a separate step — never by accepting these Terms.
Access expires every 30 days
Your access to VOW data is valid for 30 days. It does not renew automatically. When it expires you must take a deliberate action — re-confirming a link we email you — to restore access for another 30 days.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MultiLiving.ca, its owners, operators, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site or your reliance on any content, listing, data, projection, or calculator output provided here. Your use of this site is at your own risk.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia.
