How to send us a multiplex listing
Short version: send the address, the unit mix, and whatever material you already have. We will tell you what is missing before you spend anything.
What to send
The address and the MLS® number if it is listed. How many units are in the building and the mix. Floor plans per unit if they exist. Photos or renderings. Asking price per unit, or a range. Completion timing if the building is not finished. Whether you are the listing agent or the developer, and who is paying for the marketing.
If some of that is missing, send it anyway. Knowing what does not exist yet is part of the answer.
What happens next
We look at the live competing inventory for that format and neighbourhood and tell you what we see, including if we think the issue is price rather than marketing. Then we tell you which tier fits and what it costs. If the free listing is the right starting point, we will say that instead of selling you something.
Getting live
A project with complete material can be live in days. One where plans, photography, or pricing still need assembling takes as long as that assembly takes, and that is normally the whole timeline. Get your assets together first and everything after it is quick.
