Marketing a multiplex before it is finished
Selling before completion removes your best sales tool. Nobody can walk through the unit, stand in the kitchen, or see the view from the top floor. Everything the buyer decides on has to be supplied some other way.
That is harder, and it is also the point: units sold during the build do not become standing inventory afterwards.
What a buyer needs when there is nothing to walk through
Floor plans per unit with real dimensions, not a marketing sketch. Renderings that show the actual building rather than a generic one. A clear statement of what is included and what is an upgrade. The deposit schedule and the dates it attaches to. A plain explanation of what happens if completion moves, because it sometimes does and the buyer already suspects it.
The last one matters more than most launches assume. A buyer who feels the timeline is being managed rather than explained walks away, and they do not tell you why.
Pre-sale buyers have specific rights, and hiding from that costs you sales
In BC a pre-sale purchase comes with a disclosure statement and a rescission period. Buyers who have done any reading know this, and treating it as fine print reads as evasive. The projects that convert well put it in plain language early. The site already carries buyer-facing explanations of pre-sale rights and deposit protection, and project pages link to them, so the answer is there before the buyer has to ask.
Have this ready before launch, not during
A launch that goes live missing floor plans and unit pricing spends its first weeks answering questions instead of taking deposits, and the early attention is the cheapest attention the project will ever get. The asset checklist on the project marketing page lists what to assemble. Work through it before the launch date rather than after.

We will look at the live competing inventory for that format and area and tell you what we see, including if the issue looks like price rather than marketing. No cost to ask.
