This is the page where a marketing site normally claims a large database of waiting buyers. We are not going to, because we would be making the number up and you would be right to check it.

What we will not claim

We do not have a list of thousands of qualified multiplex buyers standing by. The registered-user base is modest and we are not going to dress it up. Any marketing partner who quotes you a buyer-list size without telling you how it was counted is asking you to trust a number they have not shown you.

What we do have

Search visibility for the format. The site is organised around multiplex housing by city, neighbourhood, and building type, and those pages are what bring in buyers who are looking for this specific thing rather than browsing housing in general. That traffic is the asset, and unlike a contact list it grows on its own and is not consumed when a listing sells.
