Blue Mont Homes is a family-run company that has been making new homes across British Columbia since 1993, when it started with a single family house in Surrey. More than thirty years on, the same family is still behind the work, now putting up homes around Metro Vancouver, the Fraser Valley, and the Okanagan. Their focus is squarely on family homes — places with room for kids, parents, and everyday life under one roof. Every home they sell is covered by the standard 2-5-10 year new-home warranty, so the workmanship, the materials, and the structure are protected for years after you move in. They are the team behind the three homes at 929 Stewart Avenue in Coquitlam.
