The building includes a dedicated car-share pad with a Modo membership for all residents. This replaces traditional parking stalls, reducing construction costs and encouraging sustainable transportation. The front rain garden is a bioswale that captures and filters stormwater runoff naturally before it enters the city system. It features native BC plants that require minimal maintenance. Upkeep is handled through the strata and costs are included in monthly fees.

The 8 kW rooftop solar array feeds into a shared net metering system. Energy credits are distributed equally among the four units, typically offsetting $40-60 per month on each unit's electricity bill depending on the season.
